The Client

File & Co is a leading Israeli law firm with over 35 attorneys and a strong track record in medical malpractice litigation. They partnered with us to refine their digital strategy, generate more quality leads, and refine and justify their CPC

The Challenge

Medical malpractice is one of the most expensive and competitive legal verticals to advertise in. CPCs are high, lead volume is loud, and most inquiries don't actually qualify for a case, meaning law firms burn budget on traffic that goes nowhere.
File & Co's call center was overwhelmed with inquiries, but only a small fraction were viable. The challenge wasn't more leads. It was better ones.

Emboodo Approach

We built a lead-quality-first strategy designed to filter out unqualified leads before it reached File & Co's call center. High-intent keyword targeting, smarter bidding, and conversion-focused landing pages with detailed qualification forms all working together to bring in the right leads, not just more of them.

Less Noise. More Cases.

Within four months, the call center wasn't overwhelmed anymore. Inquiry volume dropped, but qualified case volume tripled. Attorneys spent more time on the cases they wanted to take, and the firm grew its client base by 3x without raising ad spend.

Strategy: From Lead Volume to Lead Quality

Medical malpractice is a unique vertical. Someone searching for a malpractice lawyer isn't just browsing, they're deep in the consideration phase, often after a serious event. But qualification is brutal. Most inquiries don't actually meet the legal criteria for a case, which means firms burn budget on traffic that wastes their team's time.

Our first move was to flip the priority. Instead of optimizing for more leads, we built a strategy around better ones. We dove into keyword research to find the highest-intent search queries, mapped the qualification criteria for a real malpractice case, and started planning a landing page experience designed to pre-qualify inquiries before they reached the call center.

Conversion-Focused Landing Pages

In a vertical where CPCs run high, paying a premium isn't the problem. But paying a premium for the wrong click is. We refined Google Ads targeting around the most qualified search intent, adjusted bidding strategies to win the right placements without overspending, and ran 72% of our campaigns in the top 4 paid results.

But the real differentiator was the landing page. We built a detailed qualification form, a series of structured questions designed to filter out non-viable inquiries upfront. By the time a lead reached the call center, they had already self-identified as someone with a viable case. That single design choice changed everything about the campaign's economics.

Aligned With the Business

Marketing only works when it's tied to what the business actually needs. So we sat down with File & Co's intake team to understand what made a good lead, not just a qualified one. We tracked which inquiries converted into cases, which didn't, and continuously fed those insights back into the campaigns.

Within four months, the call center wasn't overwhelmed anymore. Inquiry volume dropped, but qualified case volume tripled. Attorneys spent more time on cases they wanted to take, and the firm grew its client base by 3x without raising spend.
